Kessler-9 Regulator Assembly

The Kessler-9 is a two-stage regulator used on closed-loop coolant circuits. It ships with a stainless manifold, a diaphragm sensor, and an inline particulate filter rated for continuous duty. Service intervals are governed by the operator's maintenance schedule rather than by fixed hours.

Installation is straightforward: mount the manifold vertically, seat the diaphragm before torquing the collar, and purge the circuit before first pressurization. The assembly is compatible with the Harrow-2 mounting pattern and with the older Lindqvist bracket if an adapter plate is used.

Field reports describe the unit as tolerant of thermal cycling and unforgiving of particulate contamination. The filter is the part that fails.
